Registered Nurse – Adult Nursing
Giving care, advice and support to sick, injured or disabled people.
Registered Nurses specialising in adult nursing play a crucial role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centred care. They support adults in hospitals, clinics, and community settings, helping them manage acute and chronic conditions. Nurses in this field are accountable for their own actions and those to whom they delegate tasks, ensuring safe, effective care. They must be able to work autonomously or as an equal partner within multidisciplinary teams. Adult nurses coordinate treatment plans, evaluate interventions, and advocate for patients to receive the highest quality care.
